We are
fortunate to live in one of the most spectacular and beautiful
settings imaginable. We offer three North facing self catering
apartments all with independent access. Our property is set
amongst huge granite boulders and the unique Cape fynbos. The
units form the ideal base for the holiday traveller or a home
from home for the Businessman.
Each unit has its own private entrance and uninterrupted views
across the Atlantic Ocean looking North toward Robben Island in
the distance. Our property is situated about 200m back from the
rocky shoreline, just to the West side of the main beach.
Unit A ( lower level ), approximately 40m2, accommodates
2+1 in an open plan studio layout with double bed, double
sleeper couch, and split level to dining area, kitchenette and
bathroom which contains, shower, toilet and basin. The unit is
built into the 500 million year old granite boulders and the
rock forms the rear wall of the unit! Outside is a secluded
patio with private garden and braai area.
Unit B ( upper level), approximately 70m2, accommodates
2+2 in two bedrooms ( double bed and twin beds). The bedrooms
open off a living area with a bar type eating counter looking
out over the Atlantic view. There is a bathroom similar to unit
‘A’, a kitchenette and a private outdoor balcony.
Unit C, independent of the main house, approximately 43m2
, has a dual level open "L" shape layout , lower section with
Living/ dining/ kitchenette (living area has a double sleeper
couch ) leading onto timber deck with braai etc , upper level
with entrance/ bedroom/ bathroom area ( bedroom with double bed
) . The bathroom here has a bath / separate shower, toilet and
basin. The finishes are generally very upmarket with travertine
marble floors, 12v down lighting etc .

Llandudno is a secluded bay
surrounded by mountains, with approximately 200 houses. The area
is serviced by ADT Security with 24hour patrols, with an
additional 24 hour foot patrol in our street, i.e. Sunset
Avenue. The combination of the geography and the Security make
Llandudno an extremely safe place to live.
We have 2 of the best beaches in
Cape Town and we often have whales , Dolphins and Seals swimming
on our doorstep. The main Llandudno beach is 2 minutes by car
and 8-10 minutes by foot.
